Terms & Conditions — i77 Platform Rules
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the i77 online casino and sports betting platform. By registering an account or accessing any service on i77, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
1 Definitions & Interpretation
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout. References to "i77", "we", "us", or "the Platform" refer to the i77 online casino and sports betting service accessible at i77.lat. References to "you", "the Player", or "the User" refer to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the i77 platform in any capacity.

Any reference to a singular includes the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. These Terms & Conditions are written in English and the English version shall prevail in all cases.
2 Eligibility & Account Registration
Use of the i77 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
- You are at least 21 years of age. i77 operates a strict 21+ policy. Underage gambling is prohibited absolutely.
- You are registering as an individual in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, nominee accounts, and accounts operated by a third party on your behalf are not permitted.
- You are not a resident of, nor accessing the platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
- You have not previously had an i77 account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of i77 or any of its affiliated suppliers.
Age Verification: i77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle. If satisfactory verification is not provided within the timeframe specified in the request, the account will be suspended and any pending withdrawal may be withheld pending compliance review.
One Account Per Player
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on i77. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed immediately. Any balances held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and any winnings generated on the duplicate account may be voided in full.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. i77 will never ask for your password by email, telephone, or live chat. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify i77 support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
3 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on i77 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). i77 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on its end; however, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or your bank) may apply its own transaction charges, for which i77 accepts no responsibility.
Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit: ৳300 via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay); ৳500 via card (Visa, Mastercard)
- Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.
- i77 reserves the right to reject deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder.
- Deposits made by mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) typically reflect in your i77 balance within minutes under normal network conditions.
- i77 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency payments, or any payment instrument not listed in the approved payment methods on the deposit page.
Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 to any supported method.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit on your account, or to a verified method added through the account verification process.
- i77 targets processing of withdrawal requests within 5 to 20 minutes for mobile wallet methods under normal operating conditions. Card withdrawals may take 1 to 5 business days depending on the issuing bank.
- i77 reserves the right to conduct additional identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to cooperate with such a request will result in the withdrawal being withheld.
- Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5 of these Terms.

4 Platform Use & Fair Play
i77 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment. In order to maintain integrity for all players, the following conduct rules apply to every registered account.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
- Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or display glitches to obtain credits, winnings, or advantages not intended by the game design. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error are not valid and will be voided.
- Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including collusion in poker or live table games.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or data on the i77 platform.
- Using the platform for any money laundering activity, fraudulent payment scheme, or other illegal financial purpose.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once (bonus abuse).
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or at any verification stage.
Game Integrity & RNG Certification

Intellectual Property

5 Bonuses & Promotions
i77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual promotion, and to these general bonus rules which apply in all cases.
General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are available to players who have completed the standard account registration and, where applicable, identity verification.
- Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion states otherwise.
- Bonus funds are added to a separate bonus balance and are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the promotion. The default wagering requirement on welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless a different figure is stated.
- Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly. Only the portion of winnings that exceeds the bonus balance after wagering requirements are met may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
- Wagers placed on certain game categories (typically live dealer games and low-margin table games) may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate toward wagering requirements. The contribution rates for each game category are stated on the relevant promotion page.
- i77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will be honoured under the terms active at the time of crediting.
- If a player withdraws funds before completing the wagering requirements on an active bonus, the bonus and any associated bonus winnings will be forfeited in full.
Bonus Abuse Policy: Attempting to exploit promotions through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and may result in permanent account closure.
6 Responsible Gaming & Player Protection
i77 takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. Gambling is entertainment. It carries real financial risk, and it is not an appropriate activity for everyone. i77 provides every registered account holder with a comprehensive set of tools to manage their gambling activity responsibly, accessible directly from the account dashboard at no charge.
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
- Loss Limits: Cap your net losses over a defined time period. Applies across all game categories simultaneously.
- Session Time Reminders: Receive an in-session notification after a set duration of continuous play.
- Reality Check: A configurable pop-up that displays your net session balance and total time played at regular intervals.
- Temporary Self-Exclusion: Cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months. Takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

i77 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction. 7 Privacy & Data Protection

By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
i77 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the platform. Account credentials are stored using industry-standard cryptographic hashing. i77 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. 8 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, i77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruption, or technical failure.
i77 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unscheduled outages may occur. i77 will use reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to notify players of scheduled maintenance in advance where practicable.
i77's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9 Amendments & Governing Law
i77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, i77 will notify registered players by displaying a prominent notice on the platform or by email to the registered account address. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at i77.lat/terms-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the current version entered into force.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming standards applicable to platforms of this nature. i77 does not make any claim of regulatory approval from any specific governmental authority in Bangladesh or elsewhere, and uses commercially reasonable security, fairness, and responsible gaming practices consistent with international online gaming industry standards.
